i cant get my prewired dist wires to go through the holes in the detail master looms . whats up

Seems to me the Detail Master looms only work well with their own wire.

Get some from Model Car Garage, the holes in those are big enough to work with 30 gage wrapping wire, which is what is most commonly used for plug wire in 1/25-1/25 scale.

do you know which part number  because he has several

I'm pretty sure they all have the same size holes. But I always use set 2061.

Sometimes you can very gently use an Xacto to open up the holes just a touch. This is much more easily done with the part still on the fret.
