ChrisR Posted February 2, 2022 Posted February 2, 2022 RMR kit that fought me all the way but turned out okay at the end. Did fit the inline six from an AMT 1940 Plymounth.
Ace-Garageguy Posted February 2, 2022 Posted February 2, 2022 Very nice, very unusual, obviously. Sure would make a great old hippie bus.
Gramps46 Posted February 2, 2022 Posted February 2, 2022 Very well done and an interesting subject. Appreciate you sharing it with us.
DRIPTROIT 71 Posted February 2, 2022 Posted February 2, 2022 Came out very nice! Looks great! It might have fought you, but you definitely won! Excellent work! I like it!
Warren D Posted February 2, 2022 Posted February 2, 2022 Came out great. I've e-mailed them several times in the past year or two, I've wanted to get one, no one ever replies.
happy grumpy Posted February 3, 2022 Posted February 3, 2022 Great build , you did it justice. That's one thing I want to build. Ah well so much to do so little time. I like the fact that you build it stock. We don't see that often.
Mopar - D Posted February 3, 2022 Posted February 3, 2022 Chris very cool and interesting build. It looks awesome do you have any pictures of the engine and interior?
mchook Posted February 3, 2022 Posted February 3, 2022 Great job! Like Dan said, we need more pics. Did it come with the chassis & wheels? Do you have any WIP pics? More detail please.

I didn't take pictures before I assembled it. Just rows of seats on 3D printed supports, the dash was fitted inside the body. Can't see much of the engine either, only the back half. Will take a photo and post.

Think the wheels came with kit but I bought it so long ago I can't say for sure.
Mopar - D Posted February 3, 2022 Posted February 3, 2022 Nice details on the engine and interior Chris. Man it would of sucked getting stuck sitting in the seats right behind the rear wheels. Lol.
Dutzie Posted February 5, 2022 Posted February 5, 2022 You do t see many of these. I think the model looks great. Nice work.
vincen47 Posted February 7, 2022 Posted February 7, 2022 Nice job! Great to see an often overlooked subject on the forum.
Oldcarfan27 Posted February 8, 2022 Posted February 8, 2022 If it fought you, you can't tell. It came out spotless.
bbowser Posted February 8, 2022 Posted February 8, 2022 Very cool, great subject. Love that interior.
TonyK Posted February 10, 2022 Posted February 10, 2022 Thanks for sharing a different subject. Looks like you did a real nice job on this and I applaud you for sticking with it when it might not have been a pleasure to build.
