Varen Posted February 24, 2022 Posted February 24, 2022 Has anyone tried this combo? I'd be using Mr hobby leveling thinner as well.
ACR-E Doug Posted February 24, 2022 Posted February 24, 2022 You will have no problem. You can spray pretty much anything over Zero primer.

rightrudder Posted February 24, 2022 Posted February 24, 2022 Michael, are you shooting metallic? I've found that the leveling thinner can change the color/appearance quite a bit. I'd spoon-test it beforehand with both leveling thinner and IPA. I shot Tamiya metallic blue on a T-Bird and the leveling thinner made it lighter and much more silvery; the IPA gave me the desired effect of a deeper, richer blue.

Mostly just base color glosses and flat/semi black. There is a little titanium gold that I'll need to spray though so thanks for the heads up 1
