Eagle Freight International 4070a added to the shelf!

Just wrapped this beauty up tonight. I can't stop staring at it! Started with the newly released 4070a. Shortened the frame about an inch. I also decided to go out of my comfort zone and painted/detailed the spokes for my first time ever. They came out flawless! Swapped out the kit 8v71 for an 8v92 from a Tyrone Malone hideout KW. Converted the exhaust to a single exhaust system, styrene mudflaps, cab lights from a White Freightliner, a.c. unit from the Lousiville snowplow kit, and some other odds and ends here and there. Overall I'm super satisfied with this build! Comments and critiques welcome. Thanks guys

I like it! The hubometer is a nice touch too! I like the turn out on the stack! A lot of old A model Transtars had a turn out like that. Looks great! Very nice work!!

Great job on the mods and overall build of one of the best big rig kits available. I built both the older ERTL transtar kit and the newly release 4070. If only all other AMT kit were that easy.
