Removing Trim from Moebius Pickup

Anyone tackle removing the side trim from the Moebius '66 Pickup?

Probably sanding very carefully.

Yes, easily carved off with a sharp #1 knife and sanded flush. You have to be careful at the cab rear corners, but it’s still easier than on the later “bumpside” cabs

just used sanding sticks on mine..

Sanding and scraping worked for me. I also applied liquid cement to those areas while sanding, to try and remove any 'memory' from the area prior to painting. Hope this helps!
