Here is another shot of a '72 GMC.  And here is the little devil that got missed by AMT. GMC called it an "extension".

Wish Round2 could Give us something like this.

To Scratch Build, I guess you'd have to combine the Deserter Chassis and the Long Gone GMC Pickup kits.
