RDean58 Posted March 28, 2022 Posted March 28, 2022 Another MCW body I got back in December, I am combining this with the AMT 62 Bel Air frame and the six cylinder from the AMT 60 Chevy pickup. 1
Tuffy's Garage Posted March 29, 2022 Posted March 29, 2022 That body has been on my bucket list for years, how do you like it?
MeatMan Posted March 29, 2022 Posted March 29, 2022 I did a similar build as a tribute to my father. He had one and it was the only two door car he'd owned since he started the family. I built it as I remembered it. I didn't have many problems with the body after cleaning up the flash. No warpage, and the chrome and the kit glass fitted well, so it should be a fun build. 1
espo Posted March 29, 2022 Posted March 29, 2022 I'll be interested in following this build. I have always liked the Biscyane and Bel Air cars. The above picture looks as if the passenger side fender is higher than the driver's side.

carrucha Posted April 2, 2022 Posted April 2, 2022 I will be following this build. I have the same kit from MCW unbuilt.
250 Testa Rossa Posted April 3, 2022 Posted April 3, 2022 This is one of my favorites. I have the resin body as well.
