Finally got this one finished.  The frame was broken in half out of the box so I started off with problems.  It fought me all the way even though I knew about the issues with this kit.  Paint is Rust-Oleum Red Primer cleared with Rust-Oleum Matt clear.  The bed cover is painted with Tamiya Matt black.  Box stock except for the plug wires.

Looks great Bob. Nice work. I have not even opened the box on mine yet.

Thanks James.  Don't open that box, tape it shut and save yourself from self destruction.  ???

Looks great, especially like the primer look. I’d say it was worth the hassle!

Thanks Christopher.  I really like the way the red primer came out.

I am not familiar with the problems this model has but your clean build certainly seems to have overcome them.  I have to agree with all the comments on the creative good looking paint job.  Looks like you nailed another one even if it did have you pulling your hair out!

Everything seem to be ok all the way through the rolling chassis.  After that there were fit issues.

Love it, but then again, I'm into gassers right now. It just has the right look.

Thanks man.  Love those Gassers.
