JTalmage Posted May 28, 2022 Posted May 28, 2022 (edited) I was invited back in 2020 to go and pick thru the estate of a fellow model builder who had passed away shortly before. First off, I had seen more models in this house than at ANY show I've EVER been to. That will be something I never forget. Anyway one of my picks was this Hasegawa Cadillac kit that was under a shelf that had collapsed and smashed the box considerably. It was sealed and I took a chance. Turns out it was just fine. So I built it! Tamiya Pearl Green, homemade Zebra stripe seat decals. Fuzzy dice, parts box wide whitewalls from Steven's International. Some resin cadillac sombrero caps and custom license plates that I made myself. I lowered this thing as far as I could go and I LOVE the look. Oldcarfan27 Posted May 28, 2022 Posted May 28, 2022 If this one was white, it would remind me of the Caddy in "Gone in 60 Seconds". Loved those guys! 1 1
Bainford Posted May 28, 2022 Posted May 28, 2022 Cool Caddy! Love the look. This may be the first of this kit I've seen built. I often wondered how these Hasegawa Caddys built up. Looks great!
Zippi Posted May 28, 2022 Posted May 28, 2022 Nice looking Cadillac. That color really pops and the script on the car really stands out proud. Looks nice.

Koellefornia Kid Posted May 31, 2022 Posted May 31, 2022 That looks great! Nice stance and a cool interior! Killer ride! I remember when I opened this kit I was a bit disappointed about the poor interior and the missing engine/bay but with a little effort this kit can look really nice... ...and you nailed it!
