What if... our hobby suppliers sponsored a local racer?

After a year and a half, my BRBO 2021 AMT Ford Race Car Hauler is finally done.

A few mods happened along the way.  I added a 36" sleeper (racers and crew need naps), created an observation deck to watch the action and removed the horrible wheel trenches on the deck.

The paint mask of the stripes was the hardest part. Our hobby supplier's sponsorship decals were made on my printer.

This was an up and down learning experience for me. Let me know what you think, good or bad.

That is a really cool looking rig. Love the addition of the sleeper and modifications to the ramps.

Dan, Here are links of the Mustang WIP and Under Glass.

It started out as a bad paint green paint job and progressed into a mini-tub and shoehorning a big motor in a small space.

Thank you Jeff, all the masking stalled this project a couple of times. I did learn how to do curves with Parafilm and what NOT to do when layering additional colors.

Brian, Thank you, the bed was an easy change an looks/works SO much better. You may certainly use the idea on yours.
