Autocar Dump Truck Decal Locations?

I have the AMT/Ertl Autocar Dump Truck kit:

However, my version is a more recent issue, and does not have the Montone decals on the decal sheet.  I purchased a reproduction of this decal sheet a while ago:

But I do not have location information for the Montone decals.  Figure that the big blue "Montone" logos go on the side of the box toward the front top underneath the ladder, and the round ones go on the mudflaps.  What about the orange "Montone" logos, the "Bender's" logos, and those four blue boxes by the US flags?  Any ideas?
