br67 Posted July 20, 2022 Posted July 20, 2022 Are there any decent painted 1/24 or 1/25 figures available? Looking for standing vintage racing drivers, 50s business man, 50s waitress on roller skates
1972coronet Posted July 20, 2022 Posted July 20, 2022 I recognise that you specified already-decorated figures; however, check out this guy's work. Amazing stuff -- I enjoy all of his videos.
Bugatti Fan Posted July 20, 2022 Posted July 20, 2022 Painted figures will be more difficult to source than unpainted, especially civilian figures in 1/24th scale. Jimmy Flintstone, Tamiya's Campus Friends, Italeri's Truck Figures come to mind as some unpainted. There is a German company Preiser who make sets of civilian figures that could be used and have a good variety o types in their ranges. Another source could be companies that supply architectural miniatures. HTH. There was a small range of figures by UK company Tyresmoke back in the 70's. Long gone but maybe occasionally may come up on Ebay? Look at Pegaso and Andrea's 80mms figures ranges as the scale is compatible.
stitchdup Posted July 20, 2022 Posted July 20, 2022 Maybe some in the dolls house hobby shops, not likelly to be racing drivers though. There are loads of 3d printed figures available though from most eras

FredRPG Posted July 28, 2022 Posted July 28, 2022 Also look on some of the specialty sites that just sell die cast cars, there are quite a few prepainted figures on them.
spencer1984 Posted July 28, 2022 Posted July 28, 2022 There's a series of figures sold under the "American Diorama" banner that are pretty well done: https://americandiorama.com/index.php?route=product/category&path=70
