cobraman Posted August 4, 2022 Posted August 4, 2022 This model was made from the left over parts from the two kits I used to make the red long roof Cobra . Tossed in some parts box items as well . No engine or chassis detail . Paint is Tamiya TS7 Racing White , TS 86 Pure Red and TS 15 Blue . Clear is Duplicolor 1K . Just a build to use up the parts . 4
happy grumpy Posted August 4, 2022 Posted August 4, 2022 A really sharp model and a paint job to match. Love the color combo.
cobraman Posted August 5, 2022 Author Posted August 5, 2022 Thank you Mario. Just a silly build to make use of the parts I had.
Jim B Posted August 5, 2022 Posted August 5, 2022 Nice parts box build. Well done. Looks like she's ready for the track.
Ace-Garageguy Posted August 6, 2022 Posted August 6, 2022 Looks great. Looks like a fun, low stress build too. I remember seeing drag strip Cobras that had been put together from bits after the cars got pretty cheap, some with solid rear ends because the IRS wasn't the best for drag-race reliability. Those wider rear tires made me think of that immediately. Nice job building something cool from leftovers.
TooOld Posted August 6, 2022 Posted August 6, 2022 Nice use of spare parts Ray , the colors look sharp ! Instead of FIA stripes those could be called LOP Stripes (left over parts).
Dann Tier Posted August 29, 2022 Posted August 29, 2022 Another unique Cobra from you!! really like the scoop changed to cowl induction style!
rrb124@sbcglobal.net Posted August 30, 2022 Posted August 30, 2022 Actually looks very fast and loud. Great colors.
