U-haul box for pickups

Does any make a1/24-5 u-haul box for pickups? I’m looking to replicate one of my favorite YouTubers mini  u-haul trucks. I just wanted to see if they are out there before I try and scratch build one .

That looks more like the little trailer that a body that was on a truck chassis. It doesn't look too hard to make out of some quarter round, sheet stock, and some fine strips for detailing.
