fireguy14 Posted August 31, 2022 Posted August 31, 2022 One of my oldest surviving builds. Original MPC (Fundamensions) kit I did not too long after it was released. Once I got started into glue kits it came back apart and I did some interior detailing. After a while it ended up in the parts box where it languished for years. Couple of years ago I found the majority of it, and decided to put it back on the shelf. Picked up a current reissue to replace some broken and missing parts, and to replace some worn out chrome pieces. Just cleaned and polished the bare plastic body, saving original decals as well. 1
sflam123 Posted September 1, 2022 Posted September 1, 2022 NICE! not sure I've ever seen one of these built up.
unclescott58 Posted September 1, 2022 Posted September 1, 2022 Looks great. I love the old “Street Is Neat” decal on the back. I remember MPC putting that slogan, in that round shaped form, on or in a lot of their kits back in the early 70’s.

Remember that some kits even had a "Street is Neat" plastic badge you could paint and pin to your shirt or hat!
