Mad Slammer Posted September 3, 2022 Posted September 3, 2022 (edited) Hi guys… This body was gifted to me by Gregg Hutchins almost 10 years ago. He said that he would like to see what I could do with it… Took a looong time but I’m finally giving it a try… So far I made a curbside style chasis pan for it and I’m in the process of grafting a 53 chevy truck roof. Plans are for some custom but simple interior and some custom touches on the outside… hope you like it so far… Edited September 3, 2022 by Mad Slammer 5
Zippi Posted September 3, 2022 Posted September 3, 2022 Yeah Buddy. I'm really diggin this one. NIce work.
OldNYJim Posted September 6, 2022 Posted September 6, 2022 Looks like you’ve got some work ahead getting that body finished up and ready for paint - but I love how it looks! Cool project!
Mad Slammer Posted September 8, 2022 Author Posted September 8, 2022 (edited) I did some work last night on this thing… Changed the “chasis” plate and made a better base for the interior… the one by the trucks side is the old plate… Still going curbside… ??♂️ Edited September 8, 2022 by Mad Slammer 3
stitchdup Posted September 11, 2022 Posted September 11, 2022 Very cool, the chevy cab looks custom without being obvious until you take a second look. I'm going to remember that trick to use myself sometime 1
Ulf Posted September 11, 2022 Posted September 11, 2022 (edited) Fun projekt, the seat in the other direction looks good as a matter of course. Edited September 11, 2022 by Ulf 1
