avidinha Posted October 2, 2022 Posted October 2, 2022 I built this from the Revell VW 60's Beetle kit. I've had this kit for a while, but wasn't sure how I wanted to build it until I got the wide 5 wheels that came as a bonus in a VW bus kit I bought. I sanded off the little fender flares, lowered it and used some aluminum tubing for the exhaust tips. This was not an easy kit to build, but I'm happy with how it turned out. 8
Modlbldr Posted October 2, 2022 Posted October 2, 2022 That turned out very nice. Love the wheels and the stance. Great job! Later-
AMT68 Posted October 2, 2022 Posted October 2, 2022 That's an eye catching build. Beautiful paint work.
XYHARRY Posted October 2, 2022 Posted October 2, 2022 Nice build Andrew. I'm starting on my Tamiya Beetle and will be glad if it turns out as nice as yours. Cheers, David. ??
espo Posted October 2, 2022 Posted October 2, 2022 Like the bright color and the lowered stance. Hard to find wide-five wheels and these add a lot of realism.
70 Sting Posted October 2, 2022 Posted October 2, 2022 Nicely done. Good choice with the wheels and stance. ?
slusher Posted October 5, 2022 Posted October 5, 2022 Fantastic looking Volkswagen! Is it the penny pincher buy Revell?

Koellefornia Kid Posted October 5, 2022 Posted October 5, 2022 Awesome looking Beetle, much better than the box art! Love the stance and the wheels!

TransAmMike Posted October 5, 2022 Posted October 5, 2022 Oh yeah Andrew, I do like that. Very nice build. Like the wheels and no bumpers. I actually had a real one in a similar color.
