Chevrolet Rallye Wheel ID

Hope somebody can help. I was going thru the parts box and came across 3 different Rallye wheels. Can someone please identify them and where I can score some more.

I believe that the top is Revell from the 69 Camaro kits. Not sure of the other two but the bottom is a 2 piece wheel with the stem out the back which makes me think AMT.

Top wheel is from a Corvette. Looks like the Revell '69 molded in red. 

The second wheel is from the Revell '67 Chevelle.

The third wheel is from an AMT '69 Chevelle.
