Trying to identify this Olds engine

Got it it at at a model show yesterday and trying to find out who made it and how old it is.  Would like to use it in a project using all vintage parts.

That is the engine from the original Monogram '32 Ford "Sport" Coupe. It is bigger than 1/24, more like 1/22 or 1/20. It was issued in 1959 and a motorized version in 1960.

I noticed it seemed a little big and thought it could be from Monogram.

Since its slightly larger it could be used as a 59 to 64 371 or 394,those engines were slightly larger then the 49 to 58s so now thinking on what I can put it in and thanks for the info.
