Well I finished the lift steer axle now to see if I can modify and install without wrecking this FLD build

Relocated air tanks inside of frame, sectioned the fuel tank to make room for the battery box and removed the deck plate’s and pogo stick to make room for a hydraulic tank and lines

I have a new respect for some one that can do a whole build in a week it takes me a couple hours to do one task

Your build looks great. I am the same builder, takes me months to build a simple out of the box model. Removing the parting line marks, ejector pin marks, flash, cleaning up the shape of every little part takes so much time. Then I always end up making a few parts from scratch because I don’t like the shape or fit.

Time to take a breather should have done a little better research I installed the lift backwards had to deconstruct time to take a breath

After disassembling cleaning up the frame rails relocating the bottom arms of the lift and going back to paint I think that I will be almost ready to reassemble and get a little closer to finish this build

Now that the lift axle is mounted properly and the new battery box scavenged from a Pete Cabover is in place the question is am I missing anything or what have I missed

 waiting on the super singles pack so I can put the wider rims & tires on the front

When does the madness end I just ordered front fender flares to go with the wider front wheels and I wasn’t even going to build this kit now it’s becoming one of my favorite’s
