raisin27 Posted January 10, 2023 Posted January 10, 2023 (edited) I was able to save it! After taking the pics I can see a few spots that will need a touch up and that I totally forgot the side view mirror, but for the most part the 57 is done. Edited January 11, 2023 by raisin27 6
Tom99 Posted January 11, 2023 Posted January 11, 2023 My favorite series of the 1957 Ford’s. Very nice!
Joe Nunes Posted January 11, 2023 Posted January 11, 2023 This is really nice and in a good color combination. Well done! ? Joe
AMT68 Posted January 11, 2023 Posted January 11, 2023 Top notch build and a great color choice for that era vehicle.
70 Sting Posted January 11, 2023 Posted January 11, 2023 It’s not very nice you trying to trick us. You went outside and photographed the neighbour’s car, didn’t you? Superb job.?
Zippi Posted January 11, 2023 Posted January 11, 2023 Good looking on your 57 Ford. Great looking back drop. Nicely done.
NOBLNG Posted January 11, 2023 Posted January 11, 2023 Beautiful work!? Nice intricate detailing in the engine bay.
ChrisR Posted January 11, 2023 Posted January 11, 2023 Very nice? Did you use flocking for the underside of the hood?
TarheelRick Posted January 11, 2023 Posted January 11, 2023 Another amazing build from your bench and your photographic skills bring this model to life. Excellent work.

Ditto! The model is great, really well detailed, but the photography- my gosh! So good. I think Mike could make anything look great. ? He could shoot a glue bomb and we'd be like, "Hey, how did he make that full size car look so much like a junk model?" Well done, Mike!!
espo Posted January 11, 2023 Posted January 11, 2023 Beautiful looking Ford. The paint combination looks great with the side trim. The engine detailing and underside of the hood look great. This trim level wasn't that common in the areas that I have lived in and that may be why I find it so interesting. In the past I have owned two different '57 Fords back when they were just nice old cars, but always liked how they looked and ran.
TooOld Posted January 13, 2023 Posted January 13, 2023 Very nicely done Mike ! Love the colors and that's some excellent detailing !
bbowser Posted January 14, 2023 Posted January 14, 2023 Very cool! I love seeing different trim level conversions, you nailed it.

TransAmMike Posted January 14, 2023 Posted January 14, 2023 Yep, thats a wowzer for sure? Beautiful work Mike?
doorsovdoon Posted January 14, 2023 Posted January 14, 2023 Now that looks good. love the diorama with the fenceing, very realistic looking.?
raisin27 Posted March 1, 2023 Author Posted March 1, 2023 Took the Club Victoria to its first model show at the Detroit Autorama over the weekend. It is a great car show and a great model show. 1
