Lobo2me Posted January 13, 2023 Posted January 13, 2023 Beautiful job Rich! How did you do the door seals? Wow...steady hands!
Gramps46 Posted January 13, 2023 Posted January 13, 2023 Extremely clean build of the Tamiya kit. Could we see the underside per chance. Just curious.
Pierre Rivard Posted January 13, 2023 Posted January 13, 2023 Rich, absolutely fabulous build. Perfect in every way. Always a joy to see your work. I have this kit but did not know the kit has center lock wheels with knock offs. You just made my day, I want to do the Mille Miglia racing version and now I don't have to look for aftermarket wheels. Thanks!

Thank you Steve...that is just Mr Color Semi black, some thinner and the right brush. (#1 camel hair) Been doing it a long time. 23 hours ago, Gramps46 said: Extremely clean build of the Tamiya kit. The stock wheels minus the hubcap will do. All you have to do is find some knock-offs. 10 hours ago, beeRS said: Stunning build. Well done. Thamk you Sonny 5 hours ago, PappyD340 said: Looks great! sjordan2 Posted January 14, 2023 Posted January 14, 2023 Spectacular job. You clearly did your homework.
doorsovdoon Posted January 14, 2023 Posted January 14, 2023 looks amazing! I've always liked these gullwing Mercedes, though I don't think I've ever seen one up close.
Andrew McD Posted January 20, 2023 Posted January 20, 2023 Beautifully done! The level of craftsmanship and sense of what looks appropriate produced a truly believable scale automobile.
