Silvercreeker Posted January 15, 2023 Posted January 15, 2023 This kit sat on my shelf for over 30 years. Not collecting anymore. They are being built and displayed. Still a very finicky build. But now I have time and the patience that comes with age. Lots of extra details 8
rrb124@sbcglobal.net Posted January 15, 2023 Posted January 15, 2023 Looking so real. The details are everywhere. Way to go.
Joe Nunes Posted January 15, 2023 Posted January 15, 2023 This brings back some memories! I built one of these many moons ago and painted it red. Hand painted "Hot & Saucy" onto the sides using white paint. Let's just say that the model probably looked a lot better after the M-80 went off! ???. Yours is looking good! Joe 1
Nitrobarry Posted January 16, 2023 Posted January 16, 2023 I know what you mean by old age and patience! Nice model.
milo1303s Posted February 2, 2023 Posted February 2, 2023 Beautiful build of finicky kit only thing is its a 1948 ford thames not an anglia !! just sayin
Bainford Posted February 4, 2023 Posted February 4, 2023 Way cool! Nicely done. That's a nostalgia build for sure. I dig those old Revell gassers, especially the Anglias. It's cool to see one built out of box with nice details. Looks just like we built them back in the old days.
Dennis Lacy Posted February 4, 2023 Posted February 4, 2023 Looks awesome, especially in red! The addition of the flared injector tubes are a night/day difference.
Mopar2 Posted February 25, 2023 Posted February 25, 2023 This is a very cool build...The detail is great.I really like the wooden floor in the back...
