bisc63 Posted June 26, 2023 Posted June 26, 2023 Fantastic detail work and over all concept. Put a down-facing single point light source and you could get some cool moody street light pics.
alan barton Posted June 26, 2023 Posted June 26, 2023 I've been a fan of dioramas all my life and this would be in my top three for sure! Stunning attention to detail. Cheers Alan
Spex84 Posted July 1, 2023 Posted July 1, 2023 Spectacular work, I love the attention to detail. I have a folder of inspirational diorama photos and this example is in my top 5 for sure! KK, that's a cool diorama too; I like how it's a corner scene so there's potentially a bit more flexibility for taking photos from varied angles without exposing the room behind.
FatboyLowrider Posted July 19, 2023 Posted July 19, 2023 Unreal, the detail and level of realism is crazy. Very nice job.
nickfzr61 Posted January 30, 2024 Posted January 30, 2024 Great job. I like the way you put your hand in some of the shots to prove it’s a diorama.
NYLIBUD Posted February 8, 2024 Posted February 8, 2024 I have to say that i went back to look at some of the photos you posted. You really did a great job on that small section of any street in the US.The oil stains, and sewer covers just look so realistic ,and the way you took the photo, with the shadow, just adds to the realism of the scene..You know what I mean.?Really, great job, thanks for the tips.
SDC Posted February 21, 2024 Posted February 21, 2024 Wow, great work here. I actually took note of the sidewalk and side of a building on our town square while running an errand after looking at this a while back. You captured it perfectly. The small details like the gum and the cigarette butts really take it to the next level. I know this is about a year old now and you had mentioned growing this into a billiards hall with apartments above it, were you able to accomplish that yet? In another thread I missed perhaps? I'd love to see the next evolution of this.
