'93 Chevy S-10

This was something I built back in the 90s. At the time I was into lowriders. This one had a scissor lift bed. If I can find some pics, I'll put em up.

I want to have articulating front wheels so go with what you know. Parts tree, scrap styrene and pins.

Ill use the stock rear but I'm adding some blocks between the leaf springs and the axle.

I drilled out the distributor to add plug wires to the V-6

I'm going to try to add a Revell '69 Camaro exhaust because I have a few in the bone yard and they look cool

Taking a break from the 70 Impala for the moment.

After adding the ralley wheels I thought I'd go a little further and add the Revell '69 Camaro exhaust and power plant. I'll have to check the bone yard for the headers, if not I'll make a set.

The small block looks happy and content in the roomy engine bay.

Maybe I'll even go as far as adding the dash too. Who knows, we will have to wait and see.

That suspenion work sets the body down just right.  I'm digging it.

Carved up some headers and did some weathering. Still fits like a glove

After getting the engine in place I had to better define the exhaust. So I cut the camaro set apart and have begun to bend my own pipes using some of what's left.

I managed to get some color and clear on the body this week. The interior will be red.

Oh man!  Those old S10s are right in my wheelhouse.  Many miles spend in one of those.

It's been a while since my last update. Been a little distracted with something I started 25 years ago. 

I flocked the carpet and gave the door cards a splash of red as well as the Camaro dash. I misplaced the steering column and wheel. They will turn up after I straighten up the workbench

Makes me wish I’d never sold mine, may have to gather parts and build one just to have a mini me.

Found the glass! I just finished up my distraction. now I'm back on track with this one.
