MrObsessive Posted January 28, 2023 Posted January 28, 2023 I have a 3D file of this car.........it needs some help, but it's definitely workable.
1930fordpickup Posted January 29, 2023 Posted January 29, 2023 I wonder what it sold for? Cool looking car. Didn't someone build a model of the truck trailer and car awhile back.

ewetwo Posted January 29, 2023 Author Posted January 29, 2023 I always wanted a Turnpike Cruiser. When I was a kid. There was a small barn by my house that the door was opened about a quarter of the way. I could see the front corner of a car. I went and looked in and there sat a Turnpike Cruiser. I remember the antennas coming out of these sort of pod shaped chrome pieces at the upper corners of the windshield and thought that was so cool. Don't know whatever happened to it. One day coming home from school the car was gone and the barn torn down.
Joe Nunes Posted January 29, 2023 Posted January 29, 2023 Saw one of these Cruisers while driving a big rig on the freeway around the Dallas - Worth area during the mid '90's. Had the CB on and drivers were talking about this huge car on the freeway. I saw it coming up along side of my tanker and it was a very nice and clean Cruiser that was also very impressive and quite long. Only time I ever saw one on the road and that was a cool experience. webestang Posted January 30, 2023 Posted January 30, 2023 Old Car Weekly has had articles about this car ever since Maruska bought it. Been really interesting following the restoration.
