I recently finished this one, built from an old mpc kit. Its painted with testors spray paint. I tried to get as close to a factory color. Thanks for looking

I too had a 1:1, 1984 model. Lots of memories back in those days! Nice work on this, always nice to see a variety of builds on here and this one definitely fits that!!

Love it!  I need to get one too. My wife had a white one just like it when we met. I remember we had to make a fan belt out of nylons to get it home once!

Neat little car,my wife had a bronze 77 Chevette and it ran great until she drove it into a tree because she was putting on her makeup!

Nice looking Chevette! Never thought I'd hear myself say that, lol!

Nice job. I'd probably be too embarrassed to do one of these myself, even though I once did an AMC Gremlin. ?

Very nice, Eric! I have one of these that I bought back in the 80s because my dad had a 1:1 that he alternately drove along with a Pinto.  When our cars broke down and were in the shop during our young work lives, we had our choice of the Chevette or the Pinto. Suffice it to say that we kids tried to keep our cars in good working order!  Nice work on your build! ??

Beautiful build! It’s funny, the cars that I hated working on, I like to see built in scale. Excellent work!

Thanks Brian

A beautiful rendition of one of GM's worst-built and best-selling cars. I don't think I've ever seen one looking better.
