Reuhkapelti2
Here's another replica of a Finnish legend from the '80ies. It was built to look like Husso &Parnila Duster. I used a bodyshell of Dodge Dart Sport, which was in a poor condition and missing the hood. I made a new grill and a front bumper from the Evergreen plastic. The hood is taken from '59 Impala and reshaped to fit better on this one. Nothing fancy in the engine bay, just a few details following the tips I got. I didn't have any pics of the original engine. All the decals are self made. Spray paint, no clear coat, as the original car wasn't that shiny either. But it was quick on the strip.

Steamboat
Nice build. Did the original have a Chevrolet engine? It's heresy to a Mopar guy!

No it was a Mopar 340. In this model I just picked some engine block and put the Moroso valve covers and high intake with two carbs on it. No need to be exact copy of the original car mechanically, my focus was on the exterior with the decals this time.
