Rattlecan Dan Posted April 12, 2023 Posted April 12, 2023 Think I posted in W.I.P. by mistake. Sorry. Had this one for a while now. Got slightly beat up in a new house move. Always liked this car, hope you do too. 4
atomicholiday Posted April 12, 2023 Posted April 12, 2023 Beautiful build. Perfect color for that car. I grew up not too far from where those were built.
presnell Posted April 12, 2023 Posted April 12, 2023 Dan I love these cars, I've got the red one I built years ago. You did a great job on the build!!!!
Rattlecan Dan Posted April 12, 2023 Author Posted April 12, 2023 Thanks. Think the old Monogram kit is nicer than the new version.
happy grumpy Posted April 12, 2023 Posted April 12, 2023 Great build . We don't see it often. Beautiful paint job. You nailed it.
Jim B Posted April 12, 2023 Posted April 12, 2023 Nice looking Cord. Well done. That's a very unique car.
cifenet Posted April 14, 2023 Posted April 14, 2023 Super fantastic finish and looks like the photos are from car museum! Great job on this. A question, did you custom mix the color? I like the tone of it.
89AKurt Posted April 18, 2023 Posted April 18, 2023 Looks great, I like it! One of my future builds, after I found this book at a local bookstore. Glad you think the older kit is better.
Bugatti Fan Posted April 18, 2023 Posted April 18, 2023 Donato, that's a very nice Cord model you made. Pyro did an Auburn Speedster that would make a nice companion to it in 1/24th scale. Kurt, the Tom Mix Cord book looks interesting. Got the Author's name from your picture. Could you put some info on here about the publisher of the book and the ISBN number?
