Has anyone used this paint line before? Getting harder to find paints since it seems Testors is going away. I picked this up at my local hobby shop.

Yes, some of us here use that paint.  If you search the forum, you will find many mentions of this brand of paint and the usage.

In this case even the forum's search function works well.  Try http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/search/?&q=tru-color&search_and_or=or

It took several seconds for the search results to show up, but they are useful.  The all you need to to is read the posts shown.

Tru-Color paints are excellent. Large and expanding range of automotive, armor, naval and railroad colors. They can be mixed and blended to create custom colors/shades. They are acrylic solvent-based, containing a small amount of acetone. That said, don't get creative by thinning them with acetone or lacquer thinner. From the Tru-Color FAQ:

Quote

Although Tru-Color Paint contains a small percentage of acetone we DO NOT RECOMMEND that acetone be used to thin (dilute) the Tru-Color Paint.  Adding just acetone to thin Tru-Color Paint may harm the intended gloss or semi-gloss finish our paint is intended to give as it will dry too fast.  Also, too much acetone will cause the solvent system to evaporate too quickly during air brushing causing the painted surface to appear rough and/or it may blush.

Tru-Color Paint can be diluted, if needed, for ease of application. Please use TCP-015, Thinner, or TCP-310 Retarder for dilution of Tru-Color Paint as it has the blend of solvents that will not interfere with the drying time or the gloss or semi-gloss finish that Tru-Color Paint is intended to give.

Commenting for more info.

I recently saw a rack of these paints in bottles. I am curious.

The search results link I posted shows you multiple posts with lots of good info (from actual users) about that paint.  All you need to do is click on the link.
