I've never been that impressed with this kit and opened this not expecting much, but I gotta admit, I think this has to be the finest build of it I've ever seen. As I recall the rear wheels were painted a mix of Alclad magnesium and gold magnesium and the front wheels were a mix of magnesium and gunmetal to darken it up a bit.
