Where did you see them? I've never heard of 3D printed hinge bending tools. They wouldn't be strong enough to withstand the repeated stress.

Get this, this or this if you need to make hinges.

From ebay and numerous online hobby shops. For the hinge tools, just google the individual manufacturer names and part numbers and you'll see which retailers have them. For PE hinges, peruse these choices. Please check past the first page for more choices. Most people don't. :)

Thanks guys but I am loking for the wire bending tool that you can use for doors, trunk, hood.

I found them on 3d Cults but that is just the file not the actual tool.

Looks like the responses were based on the subject line of this thread.  Hinge and wire bending tools are very different.

I scratched my head some more and finally figured this out (I think).

There are hinges and there are hinges.  The tools described so far are for piano-type hinges which are made from flat metal comb shapes, which have to be bent around a wire.

Seems that you are looking to make simple door/hood/trunk hinges out of wire and tubing, like what is described in a sticky thread:

Thanks Petter. Yes I should have made the title more fitting. The goal is to find the tool like the example above so my friend that has Parkison's can easily bend the wire hinges.
