Hey all. Any one know if a 1/25th resin frameless dump trailer is available? I seem to remember one from some years back. Thanks for any help. Have a great day.  BobbyT

There are a lot of different kinds of frameless dumps. Gary Wallace used to offer some, but sadly, he is no longer with us. The Fruehauf kit can be converted into one with some work. You can make a pretty nice one by putting two together. Scratch building is always an option as well. 3d printing might be an option as well. Don’t forget to pin the fifth wheel on the truck when you build one.

3D printing one is an option, but only cost effective if you print it yourself. The W1000 cab I designed is being sold for $100 and that is a great price. A complete resin dump trailer would be $300+. It’s a lot of work, a ton of resin and would require a very, very large printer to do it as one piece.
FDM is also a possibility, but it too would not be cheap. Just the bed could take 24-36 hours to print.

In this case, scratch building is likely your best bet.
