Warren D Posted June 15, 2023 Posted June 15, 2023 Calling it done. Mobius Ramp Truck kit with frame shortened. Kit had 2 transmissions, manual and auto so I used the manual. It also had parts for a front drive axle but my interest in that was too late for this build. Wrecker body is resin from the auction site. The Mobius frame had a bad twist which I successfully straightened but over time it seemed to work back in. The wheels all sit flat so it is what it is. Paint is mostly Testors Aztek, I am having trouble with the Tamiya masking tape bleeding under. Not all the time but often enough to make me search for something better. Lots of hand touch up at the color match lines..... 4

DRIPTROIT 71 Posted June 15, 2023 Posted June 15, 2023 Looks great! I spent a lot of time in a 69 very similar to that one. As a matter of fact, two teenage girls rear ended me in the one I drove. 30 years later my neck still feels it. Great job on this one!
leafsprings Posted June 15, 2023 Posted June 15, 2023 Nice build! Great color contrasts, nice front push bumper!
Dutzie Posted June 18, 2023 Posted June 18, 2023 Great looking build. The combination goes well together.
