The completed car!

I'm sure it would have been a real handful to drive! I know that I wouldn't get in it!  Still needs some traction bars but I'll get to that. It's pretty much done.

I love everything about it , the fuel tank mount , the early hemi , the silver/blue paint, the 12 spoke, and rear steel wheels, the headers, the lettering , the perfect stance . It’s all period correct. Thanks for building it.

Sweet little altered, some real fine modeling.  You said you need traction bars, you may also want to consider some wheelie bars, otherwise you will be playing "dead-bug" after a hard launch.

This car represents a time before wheelie bars, it was also a time before guard walls!

Very nice job! It sure does look like this baby would be a handful through the traps. Love them short wheelbase Altereds!!!

I wish that I could tell you. I picked it up at a show a long time ago from a now unknown vendor. It went into my parts stash (box) , hence the name " Parts box altered"
