I have an upcoming fire department 100 year anniversary banquet where I am supplying model fire apparatus as table center pieces. I would like to attach RFI devices to the cases and to be able to have like my Ipad near the door to prevent theft. Anyone have any ideas or know of a process where multiple items in a room can be tracked? Apple air tags are out of the question due to cost as I;m supplying 35 units. I think if someone has an inexpensive and or rental system there might be a market for that application.

You are a very Brave man, Greg. Most people have no idea how fragile these are.  I hope they will be in cases.  Is this what you are looking for?
