Reproduction decals

So I purchased an older monogram kit. sadly when I went apply the decals after soaking them in water, they basically fell to pieces.

my question to anyone that can help is this.  Is there a company or person that makes reproduction decals.

I'm afraid that the cost of a single set will exceed the Ebay purchase cost. Creating the artwork is laborious, and accounts for the majority of the costs. If you would order multiple sheets, and sell them, it could work financially.
