This came with some other kits I bought. No box. Just the kit sealed in a plastic bag and the instructions. The decals were left over from another Camaro I built. I just have the worst luck with decals. Driver side broke once and the passenger 4 times. I could see the crack lines in the decals before I made them wet. First photo is without Revive It. The rest are after a coat. Can you see the difference?

Nice work David and I hear ya on the frustration with decals.

Literally decades ago I bought a bottle of Micro Superfilm that I still use today. It's a clear coating that brushes over decals before you use them. I pre-test one of the decals that I don't intend using on the model and if it breaks up in the water, I treat the rest of the decal sheet with the Superfilm. 100% success rate so far. I don't know if this brand is still available, but there must be other similar products on the market.

And yes, the Revive It is a big improvement.

nice work looks great
i hate it when decals fall apart especially when they are new decals though i do mainly only find that issue with round 2 decals mainly their showroom collection challengers and camaro kits
and i have had older revell/monogram decals that have started to yellow  that have fallen apart after they get wet and when you go to slide them off they start to separate  either cleanl or in lots of very fine chuncks that makes them impossible to piece back together

Great looking Camaro and the color and stripes look good together. As for the decals breaking up on you, I have used a spray can product from Testors designed for this problem. With everything that has happened with Testors in the last couple of years this may no longer be in their line. I'm sure that others offer something similar for precoating decals.

Thank you Garry. I bought Micro Seal but didn't know how to use it. And I knew they were going to split because I could see the lines in the decal. Revive it really makes colored plastic pop. I'm glad you could see the difference.

Microscale's Superfilm is still available Garry. I just got a bottle recently through Model Roundup. Like you said, it works great.

Thank you Mario, Jeremy and David. The decals came from another Camaro build. That one had the peel and stick and these. I got this kit and all three was was the kit sealed in the bag and the instructions. So I remembered I had these. Being bad I most likely choose the peel and stick though I don't really like this.
