Hi bobss396,

The new 3D Plug Boots are not designed for the plug wire to go through the boot but be inserted into one end, the other end has a stem that will fit into drilled hole in the cylinder head etc. The boots were designed to be used with our plug wire (PTMC 1) as our wire has a much smaller wire core which makes it much more pliable (than most aftermarket wire) and put less stress on the stem portion of the boot. If you use other manufacturers wire (or other wire) I cannot say if you will have issues with stem breaking off due to stiffness of wire. The plug wire (hole) side of boot is approx  .022

Are you going to do the plug boots in 1/16 scale as well?

Possibly,  if there is enough interest.
