Does anybody out there make aftermarket bench seats for the AMT C-1500/Silverado kits? My only real issue with these kits, especially the re-releases, is that they don't come equipped with the seats that most trucks had. There were some variations, including solid bench seats, split bench seats, and the introduction of headrests on the 1992 models.

if you have a printer there are a load of seats and other parts on cults. Loads of different styles and plenty of grilles, bed caps and other custom and stock parts for the chevy trucks too

I haven't found any seats that resemble the ones on the Silverado. If you know of any, please share a link.

to get those seats you'd probably have to rescale or change dimensions in the slicer but a starting point could be one of blackbox's seat seta that have front and rear seats. if you turn off the scale all setting you can change the width of the rear seat to use as a split bench with a front seat. The closest I've seen is sold as truck bench seat and has 2 cup holders in the centre.

Hmm, I was trying to see if someone designed the actual Silverado seats. Its something that I'm trying to avoid going "close enough" on. But thanks for the link and explanation.

I'm with you on the bench seating. Certainly, the model companies - moreover the ones with the promo contract - designed/offered the top-line trim levels, the 1988 - ? C1500 is certainly no exception (though the manual trans with shifter was a (pleasant) surprise when the MPC 1988 C1500 kit was released).

Ne'er-the-less ; I'd love to see someone offer a resin bench seat ( admittedly, I'm more keen on the base model bench vs. the split bench offerings - but I wouldn't say no to a split bench offering) for the C1500.

I'm wanting to 'upgrade' the unbuilt 1988 annual I have ; make it a C-2500 in fleet livery... and maybe convert it to a column shift TH-400 (or 700-R-4).
