Sledsel Posted October 9, 2023 Posted October 9, 2023 (edited) I am looking to use a set of Olds Rally wheels on a project. What, if any, AMT/MPC kits have them other than the '69 442? I grabbed a Revell '83 Olds for them and do not like them and want the AMT/MPC set. So far even Evilbay has been a bust for just the wheels so I need to look locally for a kit. I'll look closer but they looked to be the same as the 82 Olds. I am wanting the deeper AMT ones, just do not think they are available other than the '69 from my searching. If that is what I need to get for the wheels, so-be-it.

I just checked those 3 kits. , kinda, I have the '72 cvt which I assume has the same wheels as the '71 hardtop. Anyway, the AMT wheels are deepest , '82 are shallowest and the '72's are in between.
Bills72sj Posted October 11, 2023 Posted October 11, 2023 Another option is to buy a mini-lathe some aluminum tubing and fabricate your own deep dish Olds Rally wheels. You can even make 17"-18" rims from them. 2

Thank you for the information. It is very helpful. 1
