Tommy124 Posted October 15, 2023 Posted October 15, 2023 Hi there, my first Fujimi F1 kit was kind of a hard nut to crack. Major fitting issues occurred concerning the bonnet, which could not be fixed (at least not by myself). Other than that, the kit is well-designed except for some parts in the engine bay, which are hard to be located correctly. I pretty much used the try-and-error method, resulting in... well, errors. Which had to be corrected, and that took quite some of my building time. 4
bbowser Posted October 15, 2023 Posted October 15, 2023 That's a beauty! Great to see some open wheel racers on here. 1
Yeah Nah Posted October 16, 2023 Posted October 16, 2023 Excellent build Thomas. Engine, drive chain and tyres beautifully executed. 1
Rich Chernosky Posted October 16, 2023 Posted October 16, 2023 As a big F-1 and Ferrari fan I can really appreciate this build. The engine is great. 1
1959scudetto Posted October 16, 2023 Posted October 16, 2023 Nice model of Gerhard Berger's Monza winner, Thomas ! 1
Pierre Rivard Posted October 17, 2023 Posted October 17, 2023 A beautiful build Thomas. That deep red finish is gorgeous. The 87/88C was a brilliant car and if not for fuel consumption issues might have fought at the top more often. 1
iamsuperdan Posted October 18, 2023 Posted October 18, 2023 Whatever issues you had, you definitely overcame them! That looks fantastic. 1
