Again, any help in identifying models without the builder's name or any misspelled names would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks for checking this out and again, great work by all involved.   TIM

Pearl turquoise / yellow scallops with the open trunk lid -- Kurt Womack, known as "89AKurt" here at MCM.

I had fun with my "Snoopy steals the Red Baron" build.

Thanks Tim for posting the entirety of the GSL '29 Ford Common Kit Class. If I had been able to attend GSL I would have brought a '29 Ford as one of my three carry-on models. It certainly would have faced stiff competition.

Thanks Russell...I have updated the original post accordingly.  And a little bit of humor and fun is always a good thing for the model car hobby!  Cheers...TB

Phil...sorry you couldn't make it there (believe me, I understand how that happens!), but would you consider sharing photos of your planned entry here with the rest of us here in this thread?  That is, if you want to....   Best....TB

WOW Tim - thank you for asking and allowing my '29 Ford to join this illustrious group of models as it might have done if I had been able to attend the last GSL. This model was built a number of years ago but I always considered it a GSL worthy model. I am a longtime fan of the late Dan Gurney and have built models of a number of cars he raced. This is a model of the first car Dan Gurney raced in a sanctioned event - Bonneville. It was owned by his buddy Skip Hudson and appeared in the background on the first color cover of Hot Rod magazine although there was no mention of the car inside the magazine. I corrected this oversight and created a revised version of that Hot Rod magazine which would have been displayed with the model at GSL.

What Hector said just above.

Also very, very cool that you fixed the rear wheel well openings back to factory stock too!   Thanks for posting, Phil!   TB

After having Phil add photos of his intended GSL same kit entry to this thread, anyone else who built a model for this event but was not able to attend is welcome to add photos of your project in this thread....have at it, guys!!!!   TIm
