Hawk312 Posted November 26, 2023 Posted November 26, 2023 I built this using both the 1/12 69 Camaro and the 1/12 `67 Corvette kits, along with some resin parts from Tom Cadrette. The wheels pop off so you can display it with either the rallye wheels or the dog dish caps. The dash was modified to be a radio delete optioned car. 19
Dan Hay Posted November 26, 2023 Posted November 26, 2023 (edited) That’s really sharp! I’m not really a Camaro guy but I dig that one and that’s saying something! I’ve got a 1/12 67 Corvette in process. I think I like the painted steel wheels and caps the best. Edited November 26, 2023 by Dan Hay
espo Posted November 26, 2023 Posted November 26, 2023 The paint finish in the first picture looks like it may be a real car. Beautiful looking detailing everywhere you look.
Dragonhawk1066 Posted November 26, 2023 Posted November 26, 2023 That looks amazing! Excellent details as well!
larman Posted November 26, 2023 Posted November 26, 2023 That's a real car right? Seriously, fantastic job on this! Cool that you can swap the wheels!
kelson Posted November 27, 2023 Posted November 27, 2023 Incredible build!,the first three pics could easily pass for a real car!!?
Tommy124 Posted November 27, 2023 Posted November 27, 2023 That is a fantastic-looking Camaro, great work all around. When I will come around to building my (Foose) 1/12 scale kit one day, I will definitely skip all the Foose stuff and build it as "pure" a Z28 as possible.
ncbuckeye67 Posted November 27, 2023 Posted November 27, 2023 That is beautiful! I really love the dog dish wheels.
Hi-Po Posted November 27, 2023 Posted November 27, 2023 Outstanding!! Terrific paint and detail work. Could easily be taken for photos of the real thing.
happy grumpy Posted November 27, 2023 Posted November 27, 2023 A really well built, painted and detailed model, it looks so realistic.
John E. Bowers Jr. Posted November 28, 2023 Posted November 28, 2023 Outstanding! (as usual)... From where did you source the dog dish/steel wheels?
iamsuperdan Posted November 28, 2023 Posted November 28, 2023 That is a stunner! Love the steel wheels and hubcap look.
TransAmMike Posted November 28, 2023 Posted November 28, 2023 Wow David, that's a stunner. Great work and that paint, wow again??
