tomsheehy Posted December 3, 2023 Posted December 3, 2023 This one's in the books... 1978 Chevy Nova/Phoenix, AZ PD replica. Used the Greg Wann resin sedan conversion trans-kit with the MPC Squad Rod/Nova kit. The resin parts were very well done and required only a little bit of clean up, but the old MPC Nova parts were horrible to work with. I would recommend to anyone who wants to do this conversion to use the newer tool Revell 68-70 Nova kits, it'll be worth the extra effort. Paint is Tamiya, decals by Scale PD. I tried the new Revell chrome spray for the hubcaps and the grille, came out pretty good. Light bar is a fantastic TwinSonic by Dave Parsley Custom Scale Emergency Lights. 12 Quote
