Thanks! It is a transkit of 3d printed parts for the AMT Ford C cab. You have to fill in the headlights and cut off the bottom and rear section of the cab. It came from a seller on Ebay that goes by “modelerrob.” I put this one on the 4070A frame with the Hendrickson suspension from an old Ertl S series.
Gary Chastain Posted December 10, 2023 Posted December 10, 2023 What year of truck would this represent? I like what you are doing with this kit.
Gary Chastain Posted December 10, 2023 Posted December 10, 2023 Doing some digging (https://www.renderhub.com/driverua/ford-h-series-hdt-950-semi-truck-sleeper-cab-1961)and found the year as a 1961. The kit you bought represents the truck really well.
leafsprings Posted December 10, 2023 Posted December 10, 2023 Great new project, I like it! The transkit looks like a very nice conversion piece. A future fleet of Ryders?

A future fleet of Ryders? Thanks guys! I do like Ryder trucks. This would be my second Ryder build in the past couple of years. A fleet is not out of the question.
leafsprings Posted December 11, 2023 Posted December 11, 2023 (edited) Good choice for a Ryder rig, they bought a lot of Fords in the 60's-70's. Edited December 11, 2023 by leafsprings
