Pretty new to painting bodies

Figured I’d share some bodies that have done. Have been doing models for years but just got into the slot cars in the past year. Hope yall like them.

Are they all for slot cars? Did some of them start out as kits?

This is all automotive paint. Different brands and all cleared with 2k clear.

I actually don’t race as of now. There is a track about a hour south of me in Maryland I’m gonna check out.

These all start out as kits. I pull all the body parts and things that I need to do them. Then they’ll be fitted and pinned to a chassis.

Have you got a RTR chassis yet? The prices on the Hi-Pro motors are outrageous and so are some of the Drag Controllers. The slot car track in Belvedere IL had a Drag Strip but closed last year. Some of these guys had top of the line stuff. $377.00 for a motor. $800.00 for a controller. $ 30.00 for rear tires.
