MarkJ Posted December 31, 2023 Posted December 31, 2023 Wow, Excellent build. Is this a replica of a car that existed or just a beautiful creation from your knowledge of these vehicles? Very clean build and paint looks awesome along with the decal work. I see you have a 65 Fairlane in the making and I am watching that thread with great interest.
Yeah Nah Posted December 31, 2023 Posted December 31, 2023 Super impressive Bob! Really stands out with all your extra detailing. 1
Rattlecan Dan Posted January 2, 2024 Posted January 2, 2024 Very Sharp looking build. Nice paint and detail work. 1

I ran across it while looking for something else 2 years ago. I should be back on the '65 Fairlane later today, that is coming along nicely.
TransAmMike Posted January 3, 2024 Posted January 3, 2024 Great job on the Fairlane, very nice details!!
CaddyDaddy Posted January 4, 2024 Posted January 4, 2024 Bob......what did you use for the “brass” rivets on the aluminum rear spoiler(s)?

Those are brass brads I picked up either at a hardware store or a crafts store. I have been using them for around 15 years. The outer diameter is around ,020" and the heads are fairly small.
Toys4Don2 Posted February 5, 2024 Posted February 5, 2024 Really cool looking build. I really like the color scheme. 1
