Played Hutch in the series, and recorded the one hit wonder Don't give up on us baby.... He was just 80 years young

Also was a main character on "Here Come the Brides" back in 1968. I remember that show because my sister was quite the Bobby Sherman fan who was on it.

Born David Solberg. Class of 1961, Washington High School, Sioux Falls, SD - he was the MC of the talent show, president of Quill and Scroll and the German Club, and sports editor for the Warrior yearbook:

I think I still have his single Don’t Give Up on Us Baby….LOL!

Very sad. I always liked him, from the first time I saw him in Magnum Force. IIRC he was the last man standing of the Magnum Force. (IIRC, Eric "Otter" Stratton was the first of the Magnum Force that was killed.) :(

I was reading about him this morning he was married 5 times had 5 sons and 1 daughter. He smoked 3 packs of cigarettes a day bet quit 10 years before he died.  He had one lung removed because of cancer and had copd. He had anger trouble his whole adult life but when he met his last wife he wanted to spend the rest of his life  with her. He was living with her in England  where he died with family and friends around his bed.
