Need parts for Revell 1/16 Swamp Monster Chevy truck variations. Need mirrors, steps, driving lights, door handles and spindles

I hope maybe this will be an easier request to fill than a lot of my others as they made a lot of variations of this kit over a about a 10 year time span. I sell classic full size Chevy truck parts for a living so I have picked up a few of these Revell 1/16 Chevy trucks to restore. More often than not, the spindles are broken and they are missing various small exterior parts. I have a pretty decent solution for repairing the spindles if need be but would like to save some time if all possible. Other exterior parts requested can be molded body color or chrome. I have tons of parts and built ups for trades. Almost everything I have is vintage though.

Hi, i have these trucks that I might be willing to trade if you have something im interested in. Theres enough parts for 2 trucks and some parts for a 3 truck. Theres a brand new front and rear suspension thats never been assembled. Since you have a history with these trucks, you know the value of the lot.20240113_181313.thumb.jpg.f9436da57da07b4d8b49a2e62aefd0a4.jpg20240113_181330.thumb.jpg.544938433b7c3cb5fe2eb41e180a19bd.jpg20240113_181349.thumb.jpg.b849b96f1baed743bb94fd0aa13b9d30.jpg20240113_181413.thumb.jpg.925ae2503d6c9aa9ad53a26ed56d8fac.jpg20240113_181425.thumb.jpg.8e8ff69c76eeadda635491a6ff44ebe9.jpg Not looking for a lopsided trade but something of equal value. There are no dirt bike parts. If interested let me know. Chuck

I've got a few parts left over from a Swamp Monster.

Really don't have a use for them except holding onto a childhood memory.

What are you in need of for trade? I am in the process of putting one together right now

Guess I hadn't really given that any thought. I am trying to downsize a bit and not be storing so many kits.
However, I do like resin parts. Got anything along the lines of vintage hot rods? Resin or styrene?

I have quite a few built up 60's era styrene hot rods. No resin stuff at all though

PM me a few pics, see if something catches my eye.

This one interests me. Look like it's in restorable condition or is it a glue bomb or busted up plastic?

I looked it over and it is in pretty decent shape but sadly is missing the right door. I found a couple more in my stash. I will get you some pictures on Monday as I will be out of town.

I came across a complete AMT 32 Roadster that is a later release as well

No interest in AMT 32.

I'd be happy with the sedan that I commented on earlier that is missing a door.

I will send you a PM so we can finalize a deal. I won't be able to ship anything until late next week though.

No I hadnt gotten anything from you for a bit so I thought you might have changed your mind. Unfortunately I have traded the trucks since then. Sorry!

Chuck, I wish you had actually checked your messages. I responded the same day as your last one and for several days after without any response. I kept right on top of things. It was you that dropped the ball

I do have most of those parts to spare since I won’t be using most of it on my build, I have made a 2wd conversion with corvette c5 A-arms and different spindle and a 9 inch rear axle. I do have a resin grill from a 79 as well so it looks more like the 1:1 I would like to build it to look as a 1:1 as possible. Will be using a carb LS or the l59.. most likely LS.

only things I would not give up is door handles and the steps.
only problem might be shipping since you seem to be state side.

I am in Arizona. Where are you located?  Have considered doing one of mine two wheel drive as well. I only have a General Lee parts kit so technically wouldn't be correct but I have considered using it.

Okay. I am in Sweden across the pond.

2wd is cool, I was also looking at the charger as a donor as well as the 79 Pontiac. But I designed my own, you can se my thread that I started now in pickup an suv Wip.
